A lot of our work is repeat work. Landlords, property managers and real estate investors call us about the rentals they run. We set up preventative maintenance plans so drains and water heaters get looked at on a schedule. We also take emergency calls day and night, which matters when a tenant has no water on a Sunday.
The work runs from a dripping shower valve to a broken sewer lateral or a new septic system. We are based in Edgewood at about 6,700 feet and work about 70 miles out from there. Almost every home in the East Mountains is on septic, and the freeze season up here is long.
